1. Download all files
1. Unzip and install Driver under DRIVER_R4.19.5001
2. Unzip Upgrade tools, Run UpgradeDownload.exe under Bin
3. Load UMS9117_uis8310_128MB_M2_halo_rel.pac
4. Click the Run button
5. Remove the battery of the device
6. Hold down the WPS button on the device, plug in the USB cable to start downloading
