1. How to do if forgot password of DAS-3216 ? 

A. Get the configuration file “sf_login” from DAS-3216.

Compare the password with below information of item 2.

Login by the password which compare to file “sf_login” . 

B. Force download the firmware into DAS-3216 with default password and default configuration.

( Refer to following procedure )

3. Process Below describes download procedure by DOS function. 

A. Extract and then copy the files ( Tftp.ext; Tftplock.key; Tftputil.bat ) to folder on PC. 

For example, D:> TFTP 

B. Copy file ( sf_login.cfg ) into the same folder as previous.

( You can also get the file from DAS-3216 by following command.

C: > tftputil <IP address of DAS-3216> get sf_login.cfg ) 

C. Download the file ( sf_login.cfg ) into DAS-3216 with below command by DOS function. 
D:tftp>tftputil 192.168.100.111 put sf_login.cfg ( The IP belong to DAS-3216 ) 

D. Reboot DAS-3216 after download completed. 

E. Login by default ID and Password as follows. 

???  User name : admin 

???  Password : admin
